Best Of NYFWM 2017
Living in New York, is dream and this is definitely one of the few cities where great things happen. In a million years, I would have never thought that I will be able to attend NYFW for two years straight. This amazing journey has thought me so much and has directed me to get connected with different individuals with same vision and passion to fashion. Even though, I might be late with sharing my experience at NYFW 2017, I am honored to write it as New Yorker.
ATTENTION, ATTENTION: Buckle up and letβs take a ride to NYC (The Capital of the World)
I was honored to be invited by Agentry PR to New York Menβs Day which was a blast. My day at NYMD started with attending 14 shows on 1st day. The event took place at one of the best studios at Dune Studios. My first stop was Uri Minkoff and his exquisite collection and as I was viewing his collection, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Uri himself and hear his thoughts on his collection.
My next stop was at David Hart and I have to say that that David is one of the most talented and humble designers I have ever known. Speaking to David about his Red Carpet Collection was a surreal experience. I liked so many evening wear from his collection, however, there was one that really was the best one.
David Naman was another incredible collection that highlighted a great mix of styles. I was amazed with few outfits that were put together with combination of dressy and casual styles and touch of sporty look. This was another inspirational collection that makes you appreciate Fashion.
Additional shows attended in my first day: By Robert James, WOOD HOUSE, Maiden Noir, R. Swiader, Private Policy, Maxβ n Chester, Bristol, Kozaburo, Krammer & Stoudt.
The most amazing highlights of my NYFWM 2017 was Nick Graham Show where he took everyone to 2025 (Life in Mars). From the beginning to the end the, the show was incredible. Nick is the humblest and awesome designer and the most important is that is full of life and positive energy. Everyone loves Nick Graham and his shows, because not only they are electrifying, but they are also so creative. This was my second time at Nick Graham show and both were unique in their own way. Thank you Nick and his team for inviting me and looking forward seeing you again in Summer.
Robert Geller AW17 collection was all about current political frustrations and it was amazing to see it expressed in Fashion. name of the collection was Love and War. The collection focused on referencing militarization, protest and revolt, mirroring current poilitical frustrations, yet trying to show a sense of optimism. You will see more from Robert Geller in my video highlights. Also in my video highlights you will see exquisite collection of Brett Johnson, which was my other favorite show and styles. In Brett Johnson show I saw some high end selections which will be part of my wardrobe.
Thank you for reading,

Oh dear Eric, it’s never too late to share your FW experience if you write it as well as you just did! I loved the glimpses into NYFWM and felt like I was right there with you (which I will be in July, haha). Nick Graham was certainly something and I love the metallics! I definitely opt for a silver jacket now please. π
